Discount Rate for long term hire and 3 or more camper trailers in group bookings. This offer only applies if no other discount promotion is being offered.

Hire Fees

The day of pick up is counted as Day 1 of the hire, regardless of the pick up time. The day the camper is returned is counted as the final day of hire.
Minimum is 4 days. Cancellations must give 60 days notice to Top End Camper Trailer Rentals. No Refunds for early returns.

 

 

Payment Policy

25% of total charge is required on booking the Camper Trailer.

 

The balance of the total charge is due:

 

 

 

2 weeks before hire on off season period.

 

All weekend hires are paid on time of booking.

 

Cash, Master Card, Visa can make the payment.

 

A 2% surcharge can be applied on all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within the 60 days of booking pickup will be charged 100% of total booking charge. All deposits and payments are non refundable

Licence Required

A valid full Australian or International Drivers license will be accepted and must be viewed. The minimum age is 18 years.

Cleaning fee is deducted for all hires going to Cape york, the minimum rate is $165.00. For all other hire a fee will not be charged if the camper trailer is returned in the same clean state as it was hired.
